How it works

Our boats are moored at the Broad Cove Reserve, which is a 15-minute drive from downtown Portland. This mooring field is easily accessible, has plenty of parking, is well protected, and serves as a good launch point for all of Casco Bay’s island adventures.

Parking is located at the entrance to the Broad Cove Reserve. Once you enter the reserve, you’ll drive down to the dock to drop off your gear and passengers. Then head back to the main parking lot. It’s a 10-minute walk from the parking lot back to the dock. Please note that the five parking spots next to the dock are for Cumberland residents only.

We have rowboats at the dock, which you’ll use to row out to the boat and bring it into the dock to load your gear and passengers.
